"Bernie" Plain (Company Director)

Having
been playing drums since he was 9 years old, "Bernie"
has been in several Cardiff based bands as well as having recorded
sessions with other artists. Originally a member of Cardiff based
rock band Curveside, Bernie went on to form post rock outfit Vito
who are about to release and tour their second album as well as
being one half of Cardiff 2 piece riff loopers Right Hand Left
Hand.

Mark
"the bear" Foley (Company Director)

Having
been a singer in Cardiff band Amphetamine Blue, Mark now plays
bass guitar and vocals for Vito. He has also appeared as a vocalist
on numerous recordings done at Musicbox. Mark has his own project
under the name Shhh-apes! as well as playing bass for Strange
News From Another Star. Mark founded Musicbox in 1996 after taking
over the old Soundspace Studios. Relocating the business in 1998
and joining forces with Bernie to plan and develop Musicbox to
its current location. Mark has also tour managed bands such as
The Webb Brothers and The Secret Show.

Simon
"el presidente" Alexander (Studio
Manager)

Simon
has been playing the bass guitar for many years and is the founder
of the legendary King Alexander as well as a former member of
Shooting At Unarmed Men (featuring Jon Chapple ex Mclusky). He
has recently started an electronica project called F# divided
by 7 and also plans to release another record with King Alexander
in 2009 along with several shows.
